We go through where the time goes and what it costs you. You get an honest view on whether automating it is worth it.
Map and measure
We map the process with the people who do it, time every step and score each idea on hours saved against effort. You get a ranked roadmap with the business case. The fee is credited if you continue.
Prove it on real work
One workflow live on your own data, measured against the time it took before. If it doesn't deliver, we stop here.
Roll it out safely
Built in short sprints and tested with your team. The new flow runs next to the old way for a few days before the switch, with a way back.
Make it stick
Documentation, training and 30 days of support. After that, optional monthly support, or on to the next process.
Ground rules
- You own every flow, account and document.
- Built on tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, where possible.
- Your data stays in your systems; GDPR and the EU AI Act are part of the design.
- A person approves every exception.

A 200-person company can need one simple flow; a 20-person firm can need five systems talking to each other. So we score each process on seven factors and agree a fixed price before work starts.
