Who we are

We connect how work really happens with the technology behind it.

The team has worked on many sides of a company: running international IT projects, onboarding customers onto SaaS software, and inside operations as logistics planners and Oracle OTM key users. That is where we learned how processes actually run, and where they break.

Today we work at the meeting point of business and IT: mapping workflows, translating what people need into clear requirements, testing systems before they go live, and building automations with Power Automate, n8n, Excel/VBA, Power BI and generative AI.

Our view is simple. AI creates value when it sits on a sound process, reliable data and real user needs. So we start with the process, involve the people who do the work, and measure what changes.

Logistics planning & Oracle OTM Daily planning work and key-user support in a European paper manufacturer: finding whether a problem is process, data or system, business testing in an OTM Cloud transformation, and on-site process analysis at mills in Finland.
Customers
SaaS customer onboarding Onboarding new customers onto software: explaining the product, solving issues and turning feedback into improvements.
Delivery
IT project management International digital projects from scoping and requirements to testing, rollout and adoption, including structured QA, API integrations and reporting.
Business
International business & trade A business education from Antwerp and Tokyo, so we talk about margins and customers, not only about tools.
